Joni Lipson
has 8 years experience in marketing, research, and development. As the Marketing & Development Director for several associations and a major healthcare education client of RMP, Joni has acquired an extensive partnership with a variety of corporate clientele. Joni has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Drexel University's School of Design. Joni is also an avid ballroom dancer and competitor.
Donna O'Malley
has 14 years experience in accounting management for both profit and not-for-profit organizations. Her most recent experience was that of Financial System Consultant for an accounting software company. As Business Manager, Donna is responsible for fiscal management, financial reporting, budgeting and supervision of accounting department staff. Donna has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
Jessica Widing
has over nine years of experience in non-profit event and program management. She has a diverse background in planning events such as film festivals, conferences, parades, Revolutionary War reenactments and she was responsible for the Airport Welcome Program for the 2000 Republican National Convention while at the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau. Jessica is a 1995 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Urban Studies and Master studies in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University.
