With a decade of experience under our belt, RMP is also an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). We have built our capacity to successfully manage professional associations by using the most up-to-date advances in membership fulfillment systems, financial management tools, web site management, e-mail communications, toll free telephone services, 24-hour fax machines, high quality copiers, on-site mail room, and a local area network of state-of-the art computers, software, and laser printers. 

Our team of knowledgeable and mature staff is committed to providing superior member services and effective management support. We have a “cracker jack” staff that is personable, customer service oriented, and well-versed in the technological tools we have at their disposal. In addition, RMP has good working relationships with a variety of exceptional vendors for high quality printing, high quantity mailings, graphic design, web site development, publications fulfillment, tax preparation and records verification, and legal matters.
